In the gym:
As a Basic Fit partner, I offer you the possibility to do the workouts at the gym in Leidsche Rijn (Middenwetering 21, 3543 AR Utrecht). To train there, you will need to be a member of the gym (about € 20 per month). By training at Basic Fit, we will have access to all the facilities with priority for their use over the rest of the members.

Outdoors:
Another very good option is to train outdoors. In one of the wonderful natural spaces, parks or outdoor sports facilities in the city of Utrecht, we can do all kinds of workouts while enjoying the outdoors, the sun and the song of the birds.
* If you prefer to train outdoors but, in a location, outside of Utrecht (up to 20 km away from the city center), the rates will be the same as for home training.

At home:
If you prefer more privacy, avoid wasting time traveling or save the gym fee, perhaps the best option for you is to train at home. We can use a small dedicated space which will be enough for me to develop a complete training. I will take care of bringing with me all the necessary material to do it. This option is available in Utrecht and towns within a radius of approximately 20 km from the city center.

As an employer, you would like to have a healthy and happy work team, I can train your team or employees during some “sports breaks” in order to increase their energy levels, positivity and indirectly their performance and productivity. Couple training: (at the gym or outdoors)
If what you prefer is to follow a training program with your partner, sibling or with your best friend, I offer you the possibility of carrying it out together, as long as the initial physical conditions and goals are similar. Apart from achieving your goals together and strengthening your relationship, it will be more economical and pleasant than doing it separately.

Online:
If you live far from Utrecht or for any other reason you cannot or do not want to have direct contact, we still have the possibility of doing an online training. With a video call application such as Skype, we can carry out sports sessions with the same professionalism as in face-to-face modalities. In that situation, I will adapt my programs in order not to use a lot of equipments. The distance will not be an impediment to get your goals.

Program & go:
Are you looking for a program you can follow alone? With this modality you will get a 3 months tailor-made training program to get your goals quick and save. We will do the Initial Health and Fitness tests (1 session), we will explain and do all exercises together (3 sessions) and at the end of the program we will do the tests again to see your progress (1 session). If you are happy with the improvement, we can repeat the process and keep going the same way.
